With UGL Exchange you can open a live account in one of the following currencies: EUR (€) or USD ($).
You can make a deposit using a debit or credit card. We also accept E-wallets and Bank Wire Transfer payment methods.
We keep it totally safe. We are a licenced and regulated investment company that keeps its clients’ money in segregated (separate) bank accounts. In addition, we are part of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF), where each and every client is insured up to 20,000 Euro.
In order to identify the person who registered an account with us we need to ask for your ID. We can ensure your security only if you provide us with all the required information. The requirement to provide personal information is a mandate to ensure the validity of the information and to protect you from potential fraud. UGL Exchange as a regulated financial institution, is required to confirm the identity of its clients. If your identity can not be clearly verified, you may be asked to provide further information. Additionally, UGL Exchange is required to comply with statutory security standards. These include but are not limited to, the anti-money laundering legislation and the prevention of terrorist financing. We adhere to European Union laws and we are consistent with data protection laws in order to provide full protection of your personal information. In no event do we disclose the data you send us.
The minimum deposit is 100 EUR or 100 USD.
There is no minimum withdrawal amount. As long as the equity of your account is above zero you may request for this amount to be withdrawn to your account. Please note that Withdrawal requests which will be transferred within the SEPA-zone in EUR currency are free of charge. For all other withdrawal requests, UGL Exchange charges 0,15% of the withdrawn amount with a minimum of 15 EUR or 20 USD.

To open an account, you should fill out our registration form, confirm your email using the link we send you, provide us with the proof of your identity (a National ID card or a Passport copy) and proof of your current address (a recent utility bill, a local authority tax bill or a bank statement). Once we receive all the required data and have reviewed them, we will change your account status to ‘Verified’, meaning your account is ready to go.
